Bolton hopeful they can get by without star defender

Bolton ace Stuart Holden feels they will be able to cope without England international Gary Cahill. Cahill was sent off at Arsenal over the weekend and Bolton appealed against the defender's red card. But the Football Association upheld referee Stuart Attwell's original decision, meaning Cahill will miss their next three matches. "Gaz has been a big player for us and is obviously an important part of the defence but whoever comes in has got a lot of experience and has played a lot of games in the top flight," the US international told the Bolton Evening News. "That's the way football goes because you have got to shrug off the setbacks. "We have got to make sure we really dig deep and show how strong our squad is."
