Blackpool have confirmed that Marlon Harewood has been ruled out for up to six weeks.
The Tangerines striker has damaged his hamstring in training, meaning he is unlikley to play again this year.
Manager Ian Holloway revealed that he felt he was partly to blame for the latest setback to hit his side.
"I wanted it to be competitive at the end of training and it went on too long. It was my fault," said Holloway.
"I'm in the doghouse from the physio. How long is Marlon likely to be out for?
Five or six weeks."
