Hibernian have bolstered their flagging squad with the addition of Ross County midfielder Martin Scott for an undisclosed fee.
Scott has penned a three-and-a-half year contract at Easter Road and is now in line to make his debut against Rangers on Wednesday.
The 24-year-old made more than 150 appearances for the Dingwall club after moving from hometown team Livingston four years ago and has now been reunited with former County manager Derek Adams.
"Hibernian is a massive club and it is a real privilege for me to come here," Scott told the club's official website.
"I'm delighted with the move and the chance to come and try to establish myself at Hibernian.
"Easter Road is an amazing stadium and I'm thoroughly looking forward to the challenge and the fight ahead by helping Hibernian to get points on the board."
Manager Colin Calderwood revealed that Scott had been on his radar since shortly after taking over at Hibernian in October.
"I'm delighted we've managed to sign Martin," said the Hibs boss. "He comes into a competitive area of the team and has all the attributes I'm looking for in a player.
"I think one of the first games I went to watch after I'd been appointed manager here was Ross County and I was very impressed with him.
"I asked the rest of the staff about him and he was a player who was highly thought of.
"Martin is a player who will give everything every day, and I'm looking forward to having him as part of our squad."
