Winger on radar of Scottish giants
Celtic are chasing the signature of Feyenoord winger Diego Biseswar, his agent has confirmed.
Skysports.com
revealed last week that the 23-year-old, who has one year remaining on his deal in Rotterdam, is on the Bhoys' radar.
And while admitting the Hoops are yet to make a formal offer, Biseswar's agent Jeroen Hogwerf has confirmed the Dutchman's performances have attracted the interest of the Scottish Premier League giants.
"I know something is happening," Hogwerf told
Voetbal International. "When there's smoke, there's fire, but that's all.
"Something will materialise only if an agenda is drawn up. And as far as I know Celtic have not yet been in touch with Feyenoord."
Exit
Feyenoord are yet to offer Biseswar a new deal, fuelling rumours the winger is set for a summer exit.
"You can see he is a major player, so it's incredible we haven't heard anything," added Hogwerf.
"The decision is up to Feyenoord.
"What is certain is that Diego has one year on his contract and he's still young. We'll see how everything goes."
