Lorient forward only has foreign offers to consider at the moment
Morgan Amalfitano has opened the door for Marseille to snap him up as a free agent this summer.
The Lorient forward is set to see his contract expire at the end of the season, meaning he will be available on a Bosman.
Various clubs have made tentative enquiries as to his availability, with Arsenal reported to be among those weighing up an offer.
The 26-year-old is yet to decide what his next move will be, though, and has hinted that he would be prepared to remain in his homeland.
Appealing
The ball has now been put in Marseille's court, as Amalfitano admits he is keen to resolve any outstanding issues regarding his future as quickly as possible.
"If I decide to stay in France it will be with a top club and Marseille appeals to me," he told
Radio Monte Carlo.
"But I have not had any interest from French clubs as yet. I am a free agent and only foreign clubs have shown that they want me.
"Maybe French clubs feel I have already made up my mind, but that is not the case and I cannot wait for them if they do not let me know that they want me."
