Oxford United have agreed a two-year deal to sign Peter Leven after his recent departure from MK Dons.

Midfielder looking forward to new start after leaving MK Dons

Oxford United have agreed a two-year contract to sign Peter Leven following the midfielder's recent departure from MK Dons. Leven made over 100 appearances during three seasons with MK Dons, but failed to sign a new contract with the League One club before last month's deadline. He has now accepted a move to Oxford and is looking forward to playing for the League Two club this season. "I'm really excited by the move and can't wait to meet all the lads," Leven told the club's official website. "Oxford are a big club and an ambitious one. I'm really looking forward to the new challenge." Us boss Chris Wilder added: "This is a fantastic addition to the squad. "He is a quality player who has played at the top of League One. We are delighted to acquire his signature."
