In the wake of comments made by Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas, Porto coach Vitor Pereira claims to be unaware of any bids for his players.
Villas-Boas announced on Thursday that his Blues side had lodged a bid for Porto full-back Alvaro Pereira.
The Uruguayan has been a target for the Stamford Bridge outfit ever since Villas-Boas swapped life with the Portuguese champions for that in England.
It was considered to be only a matter of time before a move was made, and Chelsea claim they have made an offer.
Porto are understood to have knocked that approach back, but speculation continues to rumble.

Joao Moutinho is also reported to be a target for Chelsea, with another big-money bid said to be in the pipeline.
Vitor Pereira, though, insists he has no knowledge of the Blues holding an interest in any member of his Porto squad.
"I am the coach of Porto to maximise the team's potential," he said.
"These issues are beyond me. As far as I am aware, there has been no contact from Chelsea for any of our players.
"We are friends, Andre Villas-Boas and myself. He was one of the people who contributed to us being here, but now we want to savour the moment and prove our quality."
