Millwall youngster looks forward to Hammers clash

Millwall striker John Marquis is looking forward to this weekend's London derby against West Ham United in the Championship. The Lions have made a disappointing start to the new season and have collected just six points from as many matches, while West Ham are third in the table with 13 points, three off the pace. The two fierce London rivals have not met in a league match since April 2005 when they drew 1-1, and Marquis, who was 13 at the time, believes that Saturday's clash with make up for lost time. "It is the one that everyone was looking out for when fixtures were announced and although they have just come down from the Premier League, the form book goes out of the window when it comes to a big local derby," the 19-year-old told skysports.com. "It will be all about determination, will to win and a little bit of luck to decide who comes out on top, but it is one which I'm sure everyone will be relishing on both sides. "The build-up this week has been great and hopefully we can go out there and do the fans proud."
