David Obua has vowed never to play for Uganda again until president Lawrence Mulindwa and head coach Bobby Williamson leave.
Obua was ordered to leave the camp on Friday following an incident ahead of Uganda's goalless draw against Kenya on Saturday, which was an important African Nations Cup qualifier.
The 27-year-old Hearts defender now insists he will not represent his country again while Williamson was in charge or while Mulindwa remained president of the national football federation.

"I don't want to play for this team again. Never, never, never again - unless Mulindwa and Bobby are out of the set-up," he told the
Scotsman.
"These guys have always wanted me out because I am the most vocal player. But I have given all to this team."
Former Kilmarnock and Hibs boss Williamson has denied Obua's claim, but added the door was still open for a possible return.
"Why would I want David out?" said Williamson. "I never say never but it depends on how David goes about this.
"He made a big mistake on Friday and left us with no option but to ask him to leave.
"David has said he wouldn't work under the president or myself. I don't plan to be leaving any time soon."
