Sky Blues striker believes that the goals will keep on coming now

Coventry striker Cody McDonald has insisted that he will begin to find the net regularly now after breaking the duck last weekend in the 2-1 Championship defeat to Burnley. The 25-year-old scored his first goal for the Sky Blues since this summer's transfer deadline day move from Norwich two months ago. The ex-Canaries frontman admitted that he was delighted to finally score and now he is hoping that he will make a habit of it. "The goal has given me a bit of extra confidence," said McDonald. "Obviously when you don't score it can be a little bit daunting. "But it was a bit of weight off my shoulders and hopefully I can capitalise on that now and score a couple more. "I thought my fitness was actually alright when I first came, it was just more my sharpness but I've been working hard in training and I'm starting to feel a lot sharper, hopefully we'll start to see that."
