Recent Blackpool signing Lomana LuaLua insists he is regaining his match sharpness - and aims to cut apart Championship defences.
LuaLua, 30, completed 90 minutes in a behind-closed-doors friendly for Ian Holloway's men against Bolton this week.
The striker has made one first-team substitute appearance since joining Blackpool earlier this month following his release from Cypriot side Omonia Nicosia.
He has been taking part in a tough training regime since his arrival as Seasiders boss Holloway aims to get him into shape for first-team contention.

LuaLua said: "It's the first time I've been able to play 90 minutes since I left Cyprus and I feel really good.
"I need more of this to get back up to speed but I'm definitely getting there and feeling better.
"I've known all along that I have to work hard because I haven't done anything over the summer.
"You can train as much as you want - nothing compares to playing."
Congo international LuaLua, who has had previous spells in England with Newcastle and Portsmouth, feels the game has helped develop the understanding between himself and his new team-mates.

He added: "The best thing when you train with the team is they get to know my game and the other way round as well.
"By the second half of the friendly the lads knew where I wanted the ball.
"They knew I'm a forward player - I like the ball fast and quick.
"I don't go back. I'm a sharpness player."
