Edinson Cavani is hoping to cause a party in Naples by scoring against Manchester City on Tuesday.
The game is crucial as both sides are battling to progress to the knock-out stages of the UEFA Champions League, along with Bayern Munich who look likely to top the group.
Cavani has been linked with a move to the Etihad Stadium but he is concentrating on giving the Napoli fans something to celebrate.
He said: "I'd like to score to reward the fans and give them something to celebrate. I will give everything to Napoli, who have a big faith in me.
"I want to score for my team, for the club, for the coach, for the people. For us the Champions League is a really important competition. We need points and a win would be good.
"Their aim is to progress to the next round, so they will come here to play their game. We must take advantage of the space created because we need points too."
