Baggies defender contemplating switch elsewhere

Jonas Olsson claims to have held informal contract talks with West Brom, but says he has made no decision regarding his future. The Swedish centre-half admits to being happy at The Hawthorns, but is reluctant to commit himself to the Baggies while he still has the opportunity to impress a bigger club. With there still over half of the 2011/12 Premier League campaign to come, and Euro 2012 to follow after that, Olsson remains in the shop window. West Brom would rather he put himself back to the shelf by agreeing fresh terms, but the 29-year-old is keen to keep his options open for as long as possible. "We have been discussing contracts during the autumn," Olsson told Helsingborgs Dagblad.

Dream

"The club wants to extend, but I haven't made my mind up yet. "I am truly enjoying myself at West Brom and it's not impossible that I will extend my contract here but, at the same time, I might be in a good position if I do well at the end of the season and also do well at the European Championship. "I am looking forward and would consider a move to another club in England or another league. "My dream is to play for a club that fights for titles."
