Lucas Biglia's agent has warned all potential suitors that he could stay at Anderlecht and it will take at least 8million euros to prise him away.

Agent says Man Utd and Arsenal are interested in midfielder

Lucas Biglia's agent says Manchester United are interested in the midfielder as well as Arsenal, but has warned all potential suitors that he could stay at Anderlecht and it will take at least 8million euros to prise him away. The 25-year-old's reputation has blossomed over the past few seasons and he has recently broken into the Argentina national team on the strength of his club performances. Biglia's fine form has not gone unnoticed and his agent Enzo Montepaone revealed earlier this month that Arsenal were keeping tabs on his situation. Montepaone has now declared that Premier League champions Manchester United could be rivals for Biglia's signature, along with Italian outfit Fiorentina. A move to one of these clubs would provide Biglia with a salary increase but he remains under contract at Anderlecht for three-and-a-half more years and is happy with the way his career is developing.

Time

Montepaone is in no rush to resolve his client's future but has indicated how much it might cost to secure his services. He told Het Nieuwsblad: "Fiorentina, Arsenal and Manchester United? The interest of those clubs is real. "He would easily earn double than at Anderlecht but his first intention is to grow and he wants a club where he can do that. "Lucas has a contract with Anderlecht until 2015 and if the club don't want to sell, he will continue to play there. "What offer could be agreed with Anderlecht? The agreed minimum is €8million (£6.6m). "We have time until 1st February."
