Bader insists Argentine remains an important squad member

Nurnberg general manager Martin Bader has laughed off rumours his club is to allow Javier Pinola to leave in January. The former Argentina international, who contract runs out at the end of the season, has been linked with a move to CA Lanus in his homeland. But Nurnberg general manager Martin Baber has laughed off the rumours after Pinola took part in the Bundesliga club's winter training camp. Bader told kicker-Sportmagazin when asked about the transfer rumours: "There is no truth in this. This is pure nonsense. "Javier Pinola joined us in our training camp in Turkey lately. Why would he do this if he would be on the move? Javier Pinola is a member of our first-team squad."
