Fulham manager Martin Jol has made it clear that he does not want to lose Andrew Johnson or Bobby Zamora in the January transfer window.
Both strikers have been linked with moves away from Craven Cottage this month after speculation suggested that Jol was looking to build a team around other players.
Queens Park Rangers and Blackburn have both expressed an interest in Johnson, while Zamora is also understood to have attracted attention from a number of Premier League rivals after reportedly falling out with Jol.
Jol has previously insisted that he would only be prepared to sell if a good offer was received that allowed Fulham to go out and buy a replacement.
The Dutch tactician has been connected with a move for Marseille's Andre-Pierre Gignac and also admitted an interest in an unnamed Football League striker, but it now appears he would prefer to keep his current squad intact and not make any changes.
No further bids
Asked if there was any truth in the rumours that Fulham were not prepared to deal with former manager Mark Hughes, who replaced Neil Warnock at the QPR helm, Jol said: "I don't know because we never had a bid for Andrew Johnson, and before that there was an interest from Neil Warnock.
"We were talking about it but I told you all along that I would like to keep him. He is under contract so he will stay here."
Questioned on whether there had been any further bids for Johnson, Jol added: "No. And for Bobby."
Fulham's attacking arsenal has begun to fire in recent weeks and they are currently in mid-table after thrashing Newcastle 5-2 at the weekend.
