Inverness Caledonian Thistle manager Terry Butcher says there has been no approach from Celtic for winger Jonny Hayes.
The 24-year-old is out of contract at Inverness at the end of the season and Butcher has opened talks regarding an extension.
However, Celtic have been linked with a bid for the former Leicester City youngster and are reportedly weighing up a move before Tuesday's deadline.
Butcher has confirmed midfielder Lee Cox is set to join Swindon Town, but he insists there has been no contact from Celtic for Hayes.
"We have agreed a fee with Swindon for Lee and the deal should be completed by Monday," said Butcher.
"As far as Jonny Hayes is concerned, I've had no contact with Celtic whatsoever. Nothing has been said to me.
"I've had a good chat with Jonny about everything and he's very focused on what he's doing for Caley Thistle."
