Sir Alex Ferguson was impressed by the performance of Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea after his side salvaged a point against Chelsea on Sunday.
The Red Devils came from 3-0 down at Stamford Bridge to snatch a hard-earned share of the spoils and maintain their Premier League title push.
Wayne Rooney's double and a Javier Hernandez header levelled the scores, but it took two fine late saves from De Gea, who denied Juan Mata and Gary Cahill, to prevent the visitors falling to defeat.
The former Atletico Madrid keeper has endured a testing start to life at Old Trafford since his arrival in the summer, often looking less than assured between the sticks.
The 21-year-old came under fire for his sub-par performance against Liverpool two weeks ago, and manager Ferguson was glad to see his £18million signing put on a strong display.

"We know his potential, we know he's an outstanding talent and we've got to trust that," said the Scottish boss.
"We bought him on the premise that he could be our goalkeeper for 10 years and he showed that today.
"He dealt much better with all the aerial balls that came in.
"It's experience. He's not used to the English game, he's had some bad moments this year in terms of dealing with that type of play.
"But today, I think he's got the bit between his teeth and he's done well."
