Teenage defender Jordy van Deelen has agreed a two-year deal at Feyenoord with the option for an extra year.
The 18-year-old right-back came through the youth ranks at De Kuip before joining sister club Excelsior on loan in January.
Feyenoord have now secured his signature until at least 2014, while Van Deelen will spend a full campaign on loan at Excelsior next season.
The Dutch youngster, a Netherlands youth international, has made two appearances for the Rotterdam club so far.
