Blackpool have re-signed Stephen Dobbie on loan from Swansea until the end of the season. As revealed by skysports.com earlier on Thursday, Blackpool were lining up a move for Dobbie before the close of the loan window. A number of clubs are thought to have made enquiries to Swansea about a loan deal for Dobbie, but Blackpool have managed to win the race for his signature. Dobbie enjoyed a successful spell on loan at Blackpool in the 2009/10 season, helping them win promotion to the Premier League and Seasiders boss Ian Holloway was delighted to be reunited with the Scot at Bloomfield Road. "I am absolutely delighted to welcome Stephen back to the club," Holloway told the club's official website. "I have tried to sign him a number of times since his successful loan in 2010 and he will give us a massive boost for the run in. "He had a number of other options and I am delighted he chose us. "I would also like to thank Brendan Rodgers and Swansea for allowing him to come and I am like our supporters, I can't wait to see him pull on the Tangerine shirt again."
