Adel Taarabt wants to give the Queens Park Rangers fans something to cheer this weekend when they host Arsenal at Loftus Road.
Despite a 3-1 defeat at Sunderland on Saturday, and being a point from safety, Rangers head into the game confident after fighting back from two goals down to win 3-2 against Liverpool the last time they played at home.
Whilst the Gunners, who have won their last seven league games, appear to be a difficult task, Taarabt is confident that with home advantage they can pull off another shock.
"We hope we can give them (the fans) another big performance," Taarabt told the club's official website.
"I'm happier when we play at home. I feel better when we play at Loftus Road than I do when we play away.
"I feel the fans are really behind me. When we played against Liverpool they were fantastic - with me and the team as well.
"We need them, that's for sure - and I hope we can stay in this league."
QPR have a difficult end to the season, with trips to both Manchester clubs, as well as London derbies with Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal, but the midfielder feels they have the potential to get something from those games.
He added: "It's a difficult run-in, but every time we play a big club, we perform. Hopefully we can do the same again (in the run-in). It is very important for us that we take three points on Saturday.
"I think we have performed at home but we've lost so many points because of red cards.
"We've lost so many games, like Norwich and Wolves. We should have won these games, but with ten men it is difficult.
"But now we know what we have to do. It's going to be difficult but we have to give another performance."
