Italy have been given another fitness concern ahead of facing England in the quarter-finals of Euro 2012 after Thiago Motta emerged as a slight doubt due to a hamstring injury. The Azzurri team doctor Enrico Castellacci has revealed the midfielder is being monitored ahead of Sunday evening's match in Kiev. Brazil-born Motta started all three group games as the most advanced midfielder and would probably be replaced by Riccardo Montolivo. Antonio Nocerino and Alessandro Diamanti are other options for Italy boss Cesare Prandelli but the last thing he will want to do is make more changes to his team. Giorgio Chiellini, out of the game against England with a thigh injury, is already battling to be available later in the tournament. Reserve centre-back Angelo Ogbonna has a minor knee problem but should be fit for Sunday.
