Primera Liga side Granada have signed striker Antonio Floro Flores on a one-season loan deal from Udinese.

Striker signs season-long loan deal

Primera Liga side Granada have signed striker Antonio Floro Flores on a season-long loan from Udinese. Flores joined the Serie A outfit in a co-ownership deal from Arezzo in 2007 but struggled for regular first-team action last season. The 29-year-old only signed a new five-year contract last summer but has been deemed surplus to requirements by the club ahead of the new campaign. Granada have been quick to snap up the former Napoli man to bolster their strikeforce ahead of next season. "Udinese announces it has transferred Antonio Floro Flores on loan until June 30, 2013, to Spanish side Granada," read a statement from Udinese.
