Jordi Alba, Juan Mata and Javi Martinez have all been included in the preliminary 22-man Spain squad for the Olympics.

Milla names strong team for London Games

Jordi Alba, Juan Mata and Javi Martinez have all been included in the preliminary 22-man Spain squad for the Olympics. Coach Luis Milla named a strong squad for the London Games on Tuesday, with Athletic Bilbao forward Iker Munian and Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea both finding their respective places in the team. Barcelona trio Martin Montoya, Thiago Alcantara and Cristian Tello too will play for Spain, while Chelsea defender Oriol Romeu has been called up as well. Four players from the list will be dropped by Milla on July 21st.
