Simon Grayson is adamant Huddersfield Town's stance regarding Jordan Rhodes has not changed and says only a 'serious offer' would persuade the club to sell.
Rhodes rattled in 40 goals for the Terriers last season en route to promotion to the Championship, and scored three hat-tricks, one four-goal haul and a five-goal salvo.
His exploits have seen the 22-year-old linked with a move to the Premier League, with the likes of Fulham, Reading and West Ham United all rumoured to want the Scotland international.
However, Grayson has discussed the situation with chairman Dean Hoyle and is not worried about Huddersfield losing their star striker.
"Our stance hasn't changed," Grayson is quoted in the
Sunday Mail. "It would take a serious offer to tempt us to sell.
"The chairman Dean Hoyle and I have spoken to Jordan about where we want the club to go. He's happy with the situation and so are we.
"It's business as usual. Jordan returned for pre-season and got straight down to work."
