Midfielder set to leave Chelsea on another temporary deal

Chelsea midfielder Kevin de Bruyne is on the brink of another loan move away from Stamford Bridge after Werder Bremen confirmed talks are at an 'advanced level'. The 20-year-old only moved to London from Racing Genk in a January deal worth a reported £7million, but he was immediately loaned back to the Belgian club until the end of last season. De Bruyne had previously stated he wanted to compete for a first-team place at Chelsea in the 2012/13 campaign but, with opportunities likely to be limited, he is set to join Bremen. The Bundesliga club have been holding negotiations with Chelsea and it is likely the loan will be agreed when the European champions return from a pre-season tour of the USA. Bremen general manager Klaus Allofs told Kicker when asked about interest in De Bruyne: "I can confirm that. We are to work out a loan switch. "We have had many discussions and some talks lately and I feel we are at an advanced level regarding this loan deal."
