Szabolcs Huszti says he is enjoying life back at Hannover after three difficult years in Russia with Zenit St Petersburg.
The Hungarian midfielder played for Hannover earlier in his career before embarking on a new challenge with Zenit, but he admits the conditions and travelling distances were not to his liking.
He has got off to a great start with Hannover this season, claiming four assists against Wolfsburg and scoring twice in the Europa League win over Slask Wroclaw.
"The coach has confidence in me so I feel fresh and I am very happy here," Huszti told
Bild.
"My team-mates and the fans are great. I haven't felt as comfortable (at my previous club) as at Hannover. I love the club and that's a great feeling."

Huszti added: "It was a difficult but not a bad time for me at Zenit. We won the championship twice and also the cup once, while we were also involved in the Champions League.
"Financially it was a lucrative time for me.
"However, It was a five-hour flight to Siberia and it was a horror for me. I also hated the cold. We once played at minus 20 degrees in St Petersburg."
Huszti has no plans to come out of international retirement, having called time on his Hungary career in 2010 after criticising the regime of Sandor Egervari, who remains in charge.
"It hurts me not to play for my country," he admitted.
"I wish Hungary could qualify for the World Cup 2014, but for me it's probably over."
