Today, we take a trip down memory lane and look back at some of the greatest final days of the season. Will any of these get your vote?
Vote: Manchester City 3-2 QPR: 'Agueroooooo', May 13, 2012
Will there ever be a more dramatic ending to a Premier League season? Manchester City looked to have thrown away the title before producing the most memorable of comebacks in injury-time.
City needed to beat QPR to pip Manchester United to the title and were trailing 2-1 as the match headed into added time. Edin Dzeko equalised in the 92nd minute - and then Sergio Aguero took centre stage, scoring the winner, just in the nick of time.
Martin Tyler's spine-tingling commentary of the match-winning strike made the moment more special as City won their first-ever Premier League title.
Vote: Bradford 1-0 Liverpool: Bradford survive against the odds, May 14, 2000
Bradford had to win against the mighty Liverpool on the final day of the 1999/2000 season to preserve their Premier League status. David Wetherall headed the only goal of the game early on at Valley Parade and it proved to be a nerve-jangling affair as the home side hung on for dear life.
Liverpool had an abundance of attacking talent including Michael Owen, Emile Heskey and Patrik Berger but couldn't find a way through. They were expected to win but Bantams boss Paul Jewell was the only Liverpudlian celebrating at full-time as Bradford escaped the drop.
Wetherall said: "That's something I will remember for the rest of my life." His performance embodied their dogged defensive spirit.

West Ham travelled to champions Manchester United on the final day of the 2006/07 season knowing they needed to pull off the unlikeliest of wins to avoid the drop.
Up stepped Carlos Tevez. He managed to slide the ball underneath an on-rushing Edwin van der Sar just before half-time to strike the decisive blow for the Hammers.
Alan Curbishley managed to spoil Fergie's title party to the delight of West Ham's fans as they secured Premier League survival at the expense of Sheffield United.

Kenny Dalglish's team went into the final game against Liverpool knowing they would need a win to be sure of the title, despite sitting two points clear of Manchester United.
Jamie Redknapp scored an injury-time winner for Liverpool which you would have assumed gift-wrapped the title for Manchester United, who were playing away at West Ham.
The final whistle blew and the Rovers fans waited in fear before news from Upton Park filtered through that United had drawn and despite their late, late defeat, Blackburn had indeed done enough.

Fulham simply had to score to survive. In a final-day relegation scrap, Reading and Birmingham were playing up to their side of the bargain by winning their respective matches.
Still with 15 minutes remaining, there was no sign of a winner at Fratton Park as Fulham's game with Portsmouth remained goalless.
It appeared to be mission impossible with Fulham barely able to fashion a chance. That was until Danny Murphy headed home Jimmy Bullard's free-kick in the 76th minute.
Roy Hodgson's side managed to see out the rest of the game to secure the win, sparking scenes of jubilation in the away end at full-time.
