Danny Welbeck's injury-time winner for Arsenal against Leicester was their 100th goal after the 90-minute mark, the highest total for any side in Premier League history.

Welbeck's goal on his return to action after 10 months out with injury was Arsenal's third in second-half stoppage time this season, after Olivier Giroud's at Leicester earlier in the season and Aaron Ramsey's in the 3-1 win against Sunderland in December.

Manchester United may have been synonymous with 'Fergie Time' under the stewardship of Sir Alex Ferguson until 2013, but his former side are only third in the list of late scorers with 91, while Chelsea are second with 93.

Steve Bruce celebrates his second goal for Manchester United which gave them a 2-1 win over Sheffield Wednesday and the Premier League title, April 1993

Liverpool are fourth with 73, while Everton (69), Newcastle (57), Manchester City (55), West Ham (42) and Blackburn Rovers (35) make up the top 10.

The concept of 'Fergie Time' was born in 1993, when a 96th-minute Steve Bruce header gave United a 2-1 win over Sheffield Wednesday on their way to the first Premier League title.

But when it comes to winning Premier League games with injury-time goals, United are ranked far behind long-time rivals Liverpool.
