Huddersfield ran out as 3-1 winners on Sunday afternoon as they beat Bury at Gigg Lane in a pre-season friendly.
The Premier League newboys came from behind against the Sky Bet League One side as former Huddersfield loanee Jermaine Beckford (47) put the hosts ahead just minutes into the second half.
But seven minutes later, club record signing Steve Mounie (54) nabbed his first goal for the Terriers to draw them level before fellow new face Tom Ince (64) made it 2-1 ten minutes later.
The victory was rounded off with three minutes to play as Elias Kachunga (87) converted from the penalty spot after Scott Malone was fouled in the box.
Huddersfield manager David Wanger gave the starting XI around an hour of game time against the Shakers, with a glut of substitutions on the 60-minute mark, including the introduction of scorers Ince and Kachunga.
The Terriers have maintained their winning start to pre-season after a 1-0 against Accrington Stanley on Wednesday, and will now travel to Wanger's homeland of Germany to face SV Sandhausen on Tuesday.
