Reading boss Brian McDermott comfortable with pressure after slow start

Brian McDermott is ignoring any pressure on him due to Reading's slow start to the season.

McDermott faces his former club Arsenal in the Capital One Cup on Tuesday night in a game you can see live on Sky Sports 2HD, and he has backed his opposite number Arsene Wenger after his sale of several high-profile players. "It's never easy when you're selling your best players," he added. "Van Persie goes, Fabregas goes, and to try to replace those is very, very difficult. "But he's got a great knack of finding players. He's got Cazorla, who has come in and is a terrific talent."
