Palace are keen to bring the 20-year-old back for a second stint at Selhurst Park, but have been frustrated in their endeavors so far. "We are quietly confident about getting Scott Sinclair," Warnock told the Croydon Advertiser. "We've spoken to his agent and he has told me that we are Scott's number one choice should he decide to go out on loan." However, Warnock admitted that a deal was unlikely to be brokered with Chelsea until the New Year. The Blues are keen to wait until after they have finalised their UEFA Champions League squad on 21st January before allowing players to leave.
