Jurgen Klopp will reach 50 matches in charge of Liverpool faster than any predecessor when they play Chelsea on Wednesday, live on Sky Sports 2.
The match comes just 217 days after his first game against Tottenham at White Hart Lane on October 17.
Predecessors Bob Paisley and Joe Fagan are closest to Klopp, reaching the half-century mark after 254 days.
Klopp's run of matches includes a run to the Capital One Cup final and a memorable 4-3 victory over his former club Borussia Dortmund at Anfield in April.
The German has a chance to win his first trophy for Liverpool in the Europa League final against Sevilla, but he is looking beyond this season and greater success at Anfield.
Klopp concedes his first seven months on Merseyside, in which he also had his appendix removed, has been hectic, while enjoyable.
"It was intense, but fun too. Everything was new so it was interesting," the German boss said.
"Time goes by so fast. I can't believe this season is nearly over. Usually, you need one and a half seasons for this. That is funny.
"The jobs to do and everything you need to think about keeps you awake but it is good."
