Substitutes Divock Origi and Roberto Firmino earned Liverpool a 2-0 win over AC Milan in the International Champions Cup.

Jurgen Klopp hailed Liverpool's 2-0 friendly victory over AC Milan as a true team performance.

Divock Origi and Roberto Firmino scored the goals, with the former particularly impressive in the International Champions Cup match in Santa Clara.

Klopp was pressed about the Belgian international's performance after the game, but the Reds boss said the striker's efforts were merely part of an excellent display from the whole team.

"All these players, if they stay fit and without injuries, can play a very good season," he said. "Everybody knows about the potential of Divock Origi.

"I understand that you ask about single players after a game like this. But especially tonight, it's not a night for talking about single players.

"If you want to talk, it's the way we played and the style of play and the dominance we had and the passing situations we had.
