Youngster relishing first-team chance in France
Lorient loanee Francis Coquelin is aiming to make a name for himself during his season-long move away from Arsenal.
The 19-year-old is spending the campaign in Ligue 1 in a bid to accrue vital first-team experience.
Coquelin is yet to make his Premier League debut under manager Arsene Wenger, but has made four cup appearances.
The youngster is looking to enjoy himself and have a successful year in France before returning to North London.
Settle
"My first objective is to make a name for myself at Lorient and settle into the squad," he told Le Foot Hebdo.
"At the Under-19 Euros, I didn't have a lot of opportunity to meet all my team-mates.
"The club has trusted me. It's up to me to show my quality and hopefully we will achieve a nice season.
"I am not thinking about Arsenal just yet. I'm taking it one step at a time. We'll first see what happens at Lorient."
