Reading goalkeeper Adam Federici would be happy to extend his loan at Southend United. Federici has been at Roots Hall since September and has made nine appearances for the League One club. He is due to make the final outing of his current spell this weekend against Oldham Athletic, but is eligible to spend a further month with Southend. The Australian is open to prolonging his stint with the Shrimpers and is waiting for a decision from manager Steve Tilson. "I don't know what's going to happen," Federici told the club's official website. "I need to speak to Reading, but I would certainly have no problems with staying at Southend for longer. "But they have three great keepers here already so I'm not sure what Steve Tilson will decide to do."
