Manchester United's FA Cup kick-off against Tottenham confirmed

Dele Alli and Ashley Young confront each other during the Premier League match at Old Trafford

Manchester United and Tottenham will kick off their FA Cup semi-final at 5:15pm on Saturday, April 21, the Football Association has announced.

Tottenham will technically be the away side after they were drawn out of the hat second, despite playing their home fixtures at the national stadium this season.

Chelsea and Southampton contest the other last-four tie the following day, on Sunday, April 22, with a 3pm kick-off.

The FA has also confirmed Video Assistant Referees (VAR) will be in use in both matches.

United are bidding for a second FA Cup win in three seasons, having beaten Crystal Palace after extra-time in the 2016 final under Louis van Gaal.

They beat Brighton 2-0 in their quarter-final, although manager Jose Mourinho was critical of his team after the match.
