Spurs midfielder keen to play regularly next season

West Bromwich Albion want to sign Tottenham Hotspur youngster Adel Taarabt on loan, according to the player's agent. Taarabt has featured only sporadically since Juande Ramos took charge at White Hart Lane and has yet to start a game for the club. According to the midfielder's agent Rudy Raba, Spurs boss Ramos is a fan of the French teenager's talent. However, Raba says Taarabt is keen to play on a regular basis next season and is waiting to learn if Ramos will sanction a temporary move, with Premier League new boys West Brom holding an interest.

Decisions to make

"We have some decisions to make about Adel," Raba told the Birmingham Mail. "West Bromwich Albion have an interest and have followed him for a long time. "He has opportunities from many clubs in several countries, including England and France. "The manager at Tottenham likes him, but Adel wants to play and knows that may not be possible for some time. "Mr Ramos will be told of our intentions first, but we clearly have a choice. "Will Adel go to West Brom? It's too early to say - but the option is there."
