Sven Goran Eriksson expects to face competition to bring Kyle Naughton back to Leicester next season.

QPR linked with bid for on-loan Leicester full-back

Sven Goran Eriksson expects Leicester City to face competition to bring Kyle Naughton back to the Walkers Stadium next season. Naughton has impressed since joining Leicester on loan from Tottenham in October and has suggested he would be keen to link up with the Foxes again. However, Championship leaders Queens Park Rangers have been linked with a bid for the full-back as Tottenham weigh up selling the 22-year-old. "I am not surprised teams are interested in him," said Eriksson in the Leicester Mercury. "We will have to see because first of all Tottenham have to decide what they want to do, whether to keep him, loan him again or if he is available to buy. "The last time we contacted Tottenham they said they had not decided. I would like to buy him, of course." Eriksson also remains interested in bringing loan duo Greg Cunningham and Patrick van Aanholt back to the club next term from Manchester City and Chelsea respectively. The Leicester boss added: "I don't think Manchester City have decided what to do with Cunningham. But there is a possibility, as there is with Van Aanholt."
