Iago Falque has departed Tottenham for Serie A side Genoa for a fee reported to be around £4m – pending a medical.
Since joining Spurs on a full-time basis in January 2012, the 24-year-old winger has spent much of his time on loan.
The former Juventus trainee has been loaned out to Southampton, as well as Spanish clubs Almeria and Rayo Vallecano.
During his time at Spurs he only made one Premier League appearance and that came as a late substitute against Everton in December 2012.
The Spaniard is the fourth player to leave White Hart Lane this summer, following Jake Livermore, Heurelho Gomes and Gylfi Sigurdsson out of north London.
