Midfielder knows a divided club likely to go down

David Dunn says Blackburn need to avoid slipping back into the mentality that blighted their early season form. Rovers recorded back-to-back victories when the fans, manager and squad pulled together, but three straight league defeats have seen cracks start to appear again at Ewood Park as they slipped back into the relegation zone. And Dunn has called for everyone to once again pull together during the final six games in an effort to beat the drop. "Togetherness and team spirit are the key in football, especially now with just six games left which are all massive," he told the Daily Star. "It has been a really testing season for us. Hard times. "A couple of weeks ago we thought we might have pulled away a bit but now we are right back in it. "We are big boys and it isn't just us in this position. "There are five teams down there now who are all desperate to get out. "The only way is to make sure we are hard to beat and if we can do that we'll be okay."
