Italian plays down row reports

Roberto Mancini has insisted that Craig Bellamy could still be at the club next season. Renewed speculation in recent weeks has suggested a fall-out between Mancini and Bellamy. That led to reports of a summer switch with Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp understood to be ready to rekindle his interest in the Welshman. Bellamy's absence from City's squad for the final game of season at West Ham did little to dispel the rumours. But Mancini insisted he was not at Upton Park due to injury. "He had a problem with his ankle after the Tottenham game," Mancini said. "I think he will be [still at the club next season]."
