West Ham winger Kyel Reid has joined Wolves on loan until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old has come through the youth ranks at West Ham but he has had few opportunities to impress under Gianfranco Zola.
He recently finished a one-month loan spell with Blackpool and the Hammers are now allowing him to go out and gain further experience.
Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey is delighted to be bringing Reid to Molineux and feels the youngster will give Mick McCarthy an exciting new option.
He told the club's official website: "Mick has been keen to bring in a wide player during the transfer window and after the deal to sign Alan Gow fell through, we have moved quickly for Kyel.
"We look forward to having him with us for the rest of the season."
