Striker feels Forest may need to play at a higher tempo

Dele Adebola admits Nottingham Forest must discover an effective way of playing away from home in order to pick up more points. Forest boast an impressive record at the City Ground, but have won just once in the Championship on their travels in 2010. Experienced striker Adebola believes the key to being more successful on the road could come from playing at a higher tempo. "We are so dominant at home, when we play with a slower tempo and pass the ball around in midfield," said Adebola in the Nottingham Evening Post. "You don't want to play too much quicker at home when you are so adept to playing in that manner. "But, away from home, it is a different story. It is a different game. We do need to up the tempo a little bit. "We need to find a way to play that works as well away. "Again, it is down to the quantity of balls into the box and the players' commitment to get into the box on the end of them. "But we will get that right. We are putting in a lot of work on the training ground."
