Bristol City new boy Yannick Bolasie has revealed that the chance to work under manager Keith Millen was too good to turn down.
The 22-year-old completed the switch from Plymouth Argyle earlier this week, signing a two-year deal with the Robins.
The Congolese winger was one of the few positives for Argyle as they were relegated from League One.
But he is confident he will quickly adapt to the Championship, saying that City were just one of several clubs that in the race for his signature.
"I'm really looking forward to playing in the Championship and I don't think that the step-up will be too great, as personally I believe that I should have been playing at this level last season anyway," Bolasie told

Exciting opportunity
"There were a couple of clubs interested in me, but Bristol City offered me an opportunity which really excited me and I'm just really looking forward to playing under Keith Millen next season.
"There were some good clubs looking at me, to be fair, but I really like the way Bristol City play, with natural width, and the manager knows what I'm all about after watching me play a number of times last season.
"As soon as I heard that they were interested I was keen to join because I believe that this club has a lot potential."
Bolasie, who joined Plymouth from Floriana in 2008, scored seven goals from 35 league games for the Pilgrims last season, 25 of them starts.
