Cherries keen on Eastwood

Coventry striker could be out of Bradbury's price range

Bournemouth boss Lee Bradbury admits he would be interested in signing Freddy Eastwood, but fears the Coventry City striker is out of his club's price range. Eastwood has made just one substitute's appearance in the Championship this season and has been told he can leave the Ricoh Arena by Coventry manager Andy Thorn. The 27-year-old played alongside Bradbury at Southend United, but a reunion at Bournemouth hinges on the financial implications of any deal. "I played with Freddy and he is a very good player," Bradbury told the Daily Echo. "Financially, I don't know if we would be able to agree a deal because I think he was on a decent deal at Coventry. "But, yes, he is a great player and someone I would sign. "But I have got limitations to what I can do and he is a Championship player, and he would probably want to stay there."
