Leeds have completed the signing of Brazilian midfielder Adryan on a season-long loan from Flamengo, subject to international clearance.

The Yorkshire club have been in talks with Adryan's agent for several weeks and a deal has now been concluded that sees Brazilian side Flamengo cancel their loan agreement with Cagliari for the player.

Leeds have the option to sign the 20-year-old on a permanent deal next summer for a reported fee of £3million.

"DONE DEAL: We can now confirm the season-long loan signing of Adryan, subject to international clearance," Leeds said on their official Twitter site.

"The deal to bring Adryan to Elland Road also includes the option to make his move permanent should he have a successful loan spell."

Adryan becomes Leeds' 13th summer signing and that could soon be 14 with Paraguayan forward Brian Montenegro reported to be close to finalising his move to Elland Road.

The 21-year-old striker, who can also operate as a winger, joined Paraguayan top-flight side Nacional last month from Libertad.

Montenegro, who had an unsuccessful loan spell at West Ham during the 2011-12 season, will also join Leeds on loan with a view to a permanent move.
