West Bromwich Albion and Tottenham Hotspur have been charged by the FA for "failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion".
A number of players from both teams clashed late on in Saturday's 1-1 draw at the Hawthorns following a heavy tackle by James McClean on Mousa Dembele.
McClean avoided a red card after colliding hard with Dembele's ankle - and the player avoided injury - but McClean was warned by his manager Tony Pulis at full-time.
Baggies and Spurs players surrounded referee Jonathan Moss and both clubs have now been charged over their reactions by the Football Association.
An FA statement on Wednesday said: "West Bromwich Albion and Tottenham Hotspur have both been charged for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
"The charge relates to an incident which occurred in or around the 84th minute of their fixture on Saturday December 5, 2015.
"Both clubs have until 6pm on 11 December 2015 to respond to the charge."
