Southampton will swap their shirt sponsor for their match against Manchester United to raise awareness of disability discrimination in football

Southampton will wear the Scope logo on their kit during Wednesday night's clash with Man Utd, live on Sky Sports.

Scope support more than a quarter of a million disabled people and their families every year, promoting equality and raising awareness of key issues.

The idea is to highlight the on-going problem of disability discrimination in football after a new report found eight in 10 disabled fans have experienced some form of discrimination.

As part of the night, Paralympic gold medallist Richard Whitehead MBE will help coach five supporters for a half-time penalty shootout in a bid to raise up to £25,000 for the charity.
