Bolton and Ipswich are in talks to sign Manchester City winger Bersant Celina, according to Sky sources.
Sky Sports News HQ understands the two clubs have held discussions over the prospect of taking the Kosovo international on a season-long loan.
The 20-year-old spent the 2016-17 campaign on loan at FC Twente, scoring five goals and providing five assists in 27 appearances as the Dutch side finished seventh in the Eredivisie.
Celina joined the City academy at the age of 15 from Norwegian side Strømsgodset IF and signed professional terms with the club two years later.
He made his City debut in the 3-0 FA Cup victory over Norwich in January 2016 and went on to make a further three appearances under then-manager Manuel Pellegrini.
Celina, who has scored one goal in six international appearances for Kosovo, is contracted to City until 2020.
